9.18.20

When you are weary, oh my soul, drink of the living water from the fountain of truth: God’s word is truth. As you struggle in the battle to guard your heart in pure devotion to Christ, and as you pant from fatigue and weakness, breathe deeply of the breath of Life, the breath of God’s life in you holding you together, keeping you alive body and soul, preserving you by his unbending faithfulness, strengthening your weak knees and giving you rest as he takes your burdens upon his shoulders and lays his light, easy yoke upon yours, making his power perfect in your weakness. Hope in God.
